The casino

Grey Eagle runs one of Calgary's larger floors — table games, a poker room and a big bank of slots in a bright, roomy space that rarely feels cramped. The attached concert venue means there is often live entertainment to pair with a night at the tables, and the resort is one of the Tsuut'ina Nation's flagship enterprises.

The rooms

The on-site hotel holds around 175 contemporary rooms and suites, a short walk from the gaming and the venue, with easy parking and a relaxed resort feel — a straightforward, pleasant stay-and-play base on Calgary's edge.

Dining & extras

There are several restaurants and lounges plus the concert venue and event space. It is less sprawling than River Cree, but everything you need for a night out with a bed is here.

Location & value

Grey Eagle sits on Tsuut'ina Nation land on Calgary's west side, an easy drive from downtown and pointed straight at the Rockies foothills — a handy base if you are pairing city time with the mountains. Value is good and the space is generous.
